Bethesda Magazine again recognized New4You in 2023 as a Best of Bethesda finalist. Having opened in August 2021, New4You was named as a "Best New Place to Shop" by the magazine's editors.. As stated on page 107 of the January 2022, issue,, "Downtown Bethesda gained a shop that is big on space--and also big on doing good....you never know what you might find--but you do know you're helping those in need when you make a purchase."
The shop's all-volunteer staff is very grateful for its recognition two years in a row.
New4You donated a total of $75,000 in profits, which it earned in its fiscal year ending in June 2023, to two local charities. This amount is more than double its fiscal year 2022 charitable donation .
In the top photo, Daniella Burgos, Shepherd's Table's Director of Community Development and Communication, receives the June donation of $20,000 ($17,500 was given in December) from Miriam Raskin, Kathleen Landells, and other shop volunteers. We are located near two municipal parking lots which are free on Sundays.

If you are just dropping off donations, please park or double park in front of the store, open the door or call the store, and a volunteer will help you unload. Do not pull into the alley by the store; it's private property and you could be towed even if there for a few minutes.
